I Received an Automated Traffic Violation from the City of Chicago in the mail today. Its been a long time since Ive been through the U.S. Air Force Police Academy but, I remember the following. 1st I was working on June 2, 2014 0730-1600 2nd I will act on My 6th amendment right to face my ‘accuser’ (a camera). 3rd It is also my 5th amendment right to remain silent on the matter. I also find no legal requirement for me to implicate someone else in this process, as it is the government’s responsibility to prove a person’s guilt. Let the fun begin !!
