Its not a good thing for a leader to talk about their followers at their back. But instead they should approach them and settle matters no matter how tough the situation is. Jesus kissed Judah even when he knew that he has betrayed him. He called him, my friend. Its a hard thing to follow a leader who does not believe in you.
