I absolutely love training legs its by far my favorite. I love the rush and I love the way my body feels after big muscle groups get smashed with blood pump. Haha I also love the fact that Im burning lots of calories when working my bodies biggest muscle groups and building more lean muscle mass as its the only way especially as we age and our metabolisms slow down to keep the excess weight from piling on. ( of course a clean diet also) Some days youl find your energy levels are awesome and you feel great and work hard and other days its difficult to find any energy and drive at all. I always listen to what my body is telling me each specific day and work with my limits and how my body is feeling. On the off days at little is better than not all so be proud of the small achievements and the big ones as each is a step closer to feeling great about yourself!! And thats so worth it!
