I accept your challenge Ian Conor Brost and will also make a contribution to ALS. I also challenge you Ian Conor Brost, John Schol, Raymond B. Kemp, Chaplain Kevin Wright Kirkland Reynolds and Todd Olson not to do the Ice Bucket Challenge, but to write your Congressperson and demand the restoration of NIH funding to at least the 2012 levels ($950M more). NIH does important research for ALS, and other neuro-degenerative diseases such as MS (Devons grandfather), Alzheimers (my grandfather), and Parkinsons (Robin Williams). They also do important work on cancer (my grandfather), hemophilia (my son) and auto-immune disorders (me). Lets get funding for NIH for our country, our families, and ourselves.
