I actually think my Cincinnati Bengals match up better with the Indianapolis Colts in the playoffs than they do with the Baltimore Ravens. The Bengals swept the Ravens in their two meetings in the regular season and beating Baltimore a 3rd time would be tough. This is a revenge game (see week 7) for the Bengals who had their worst performance of the 2014 campaign. Yes Indianapolis has a very good Quarterback in Andrew Luck and solid receivers, but what about their running game? Ahmad Bradshaw who had 2 touchdowns against Cincinnati in week 7 is hurt and on the Injured Reserve. Since Dan Boom Herron took over as the starter he has generated very little for the ground attack with only 351 yards on 78 carries. The backup Trent Richardson has done very little since coming over from Cleveland last season. On the defensive side of the ball for the Colts who have the top pass defense (#1), struggle in the run defense (#22) department. That could be a tall task for the Indianapolis defense if Cincinnati gets Jeremy Hill and Company going. Hill has 929 yards since week 8, the most by any running back in that span. Andy Dalton has a terrible QBR in his 3 playoff games as mentioned in the article. Simply put, Dalton just has to manage the game and not force any passes that are not there. Time for Cincinnati to break the 24 year old drought and win a playoff game. Who Dey!
