I always look forward to traveling to Pinehurst for appearances because I know that I’ll get to spend time with two people who were once strangers, but who have become integral parts of my extended family. They are the incomparable, Gail and Tommy Bolton! I had the honor of singing the National Anthem for the final ceremony of the Pinehurst Concours dElegance -- which gives back to all those stationed at Fort Bragg. Interestingly, it featured 119 of the most historic automobiles and motorcycles from around the world. I’m not easily amazed, but viewing such rare beauties at the intersection of automotive and art genuinely caused me to experience moments of actual speechless. As always, I cannot thank Tommy Bolton enough for honoring me at this event.
