I always wandered which scriptures it was Martin Luther changed. When he rewrote the scriptures in his native language (German), would love to see the actual Bible he wrote, I know its in one of the churches out here in Germany. This is what I love about being in Germany is that their history alone tells the story of how Christianity has become so divided. When it comes to history in the raw it is non-biased and it is what it is. I think its good to learn history in and outside the scriptures to get a deeper and sharper look on Jesus himself as well as his intentions in establishing his church through his 12. Simply said history is important it is completely relevant to Christ, I dont blame Martin Luther in wanting reform within the Catholic Church, at the same time I think he took it way too far, his anger at the Church got in the way of better judgment. What is sad is that the Church now has gone through that very reform he was seeking its just too bad he didnt trust the Holy Spirit to clean out his house! He took matters into his own hands and forever changed Christianity. I see both sides but in the end intellectually I have to choose the Church Christ build upon Peter, ROCK! I cant ignore the call during Eucharist of I am here! Come to me, I love you.
