I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in the service I have received from GM - TopicsExpress

I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in the service I have received from GM Customer Service. My 2007 Sierra had motor issues that I paid over $4,000 for GM to fix in September of 2013. Two weeks and 1,500 miles later, the same issue happened once again. GM replaced the issue under warranty. However, in August of 2014 and after 16,000 miles, the problem has occurred for the THIRD TIME. It is a reoccurring issue that GM has not been able to fix and I am the one getting penalized for the on going problem. I have had to work with multiple reps due to the LACK OF COMMUNICATION on GMs part. I have had to hunt down my personal rep at GM Customer Service the ENTIRE time. I am very tired of getting the run around from GM. This is the THIRD TIME my GMC is having lifter issues within less then a year. The reason I decided to have my truck worked on at GM was because I thought they would take care of me if anything were to happen. However, GM has not been standing behind their work. I am EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED with the unwillingness of GM to take responsibility for this issue. Due to the ongoing problems I am stuck driving a rental car. I am an insurance adjuster and I use my truck for work everyday. Not having my truck and not having a vehicle comparable to what I drive, makes it extremely difficult to do what I need to do on a daily basis. At the moment, I am continuing to pay my truck note along with paying for the rental car. I have had to put over $10,000 towards my GMC in the past year and a half of owning it, along with the price of the vehicle, just to keep it running. This situation is making ME RECONSIDER EVER BUYING A GM AGAIN! Where has GM quality standers gone?
