I am afraid that our Jewel of the south is fast becoming the Joke of the south. Last week I took some overseas visitors into the reserve. Can you imagine what they said when the only animals we saw were donkeys and horses plus a man walking his dog. We also saw all of the religious graffiti and two groups of people virtually permanently residing in the reserve with smouldering fires. There is no control whatsoever and the reserve is being abused. It is really sad.
