I am agained very saddened to hear that one of my teachers at the Annie Walsh Memorial School, who is now a medical doctor has become the first female Sierra Leonean doctor to test positive for Ebola. I join my voice to the voices of other well meaning Sierra Leoneans pleading that she doesnt become another statistic .Efforts need to be made NOW to save Dr. Buck. Below is another appeal by another female doctor. Let us all pile pressure to get Dr. Buck the treatment she so badly needs to save her life. We REFUSE to be DEFINED and DEFEATED by Ebola. AWOGANS this is our call. URGENT CAMPAIGN: Olivette BUCK is the fourth Sierra Leonean doctor- the first female - to test positive for Ebola. The three before her all died of the disease. She MUST NOT! This dedicated and determined physician had worked for over 20 years as a teacher before entering medical school and graduated in 2002. She is soon to be a member of the West African College of Physicians, I understand, one of the few to recently challenge this position. This mother of three and a committed and dedicated professional MUST BE SAVED. The Government of Sierra Leone, the WHO and all who can MUST HELP fly her abroad for treatment. Join the campaign to save Dr Olivette Bucks life! Share this, Like it, or do anything with it to send the message far and wide. Thanks
