I am all for utilizing reusable and paper bags. The only thing that I disagree with is that this law is detrimental towards people whom work for a living. A charge of .10 cents will be towards each bag, but those on assistance will not be charged anything. Which it does and doesnt make it fair to further tax people whom slave away for wages and are already beyond taxed. What a beautiful country we live in but the only beautiful part is what it will do for our environment, which in itself is crucial...
