I am amazed by the turn out of todays event. When it is said that crossfit is a community, those arent wasted words. Our dear friend and fellow crossfit conquest member Edwidge Ryan wad diagnosed with breast cancer and the medical bills have been pilling up. Today, thanks to Jennipher Tucy, we have raised over 3 grand to help a friend in need. It was a great workout, the amount of wupport and cheering was unbelievable and most importantly... everyone had fun. i am truly humbled to be part of a gym/box that is genuinely invested in the well being of its members. I feel at ease knowing crossfit conquest and its members are here for me if ever needed.
