I am an avid meditator and thoroughly support practicing meditation. Meditation is the same brainwave state as Hypnosis. With my clients, I teach the below breathing and self-hypnosis. Breathing Technique: While focusing on your equilibrium point (three fingers width below your belly button and three fingers width within) Inhale slowly filling your lungs fully and completely (while counting to three); holding the breathe (for a count of three) then exhaling out slowly (on a count of 5) through your nose or slightly parted lips.
