I am appalled by the treatment of this quadriplegic. I must admit, though, that I dont deal daily with those that go to any lengths to be something other than a good person. I am sure our fellows in law enforcement have been there and seen it all. It was a bad call by the police, and seems to be happening more frequently. I sure dont want to be exposed to what they see and the calls that they have to make. I in no way condone the action of law enforcement in this case, but I am compassionate enough to hope that this was an isolated incident of stupidity and this officer was made to account for her actions.
