I am back on land after 22 days cruising around the Adriatic Sea and exploring ports I have never seen or even dreamed of.. I have always loved Greece since my youthful days when it was the only overseas destination I could afford.. Now I can add Montenegra, Croatia and some new Italian ports to the list. Venice was as magical as ever and started to flood St Marks Square the day we left. In London for a couple of days and then back to Oz to start work on a new book. Monday will be taken up with the National Maritime Museum and the Cutty Sark and Tuesday it will be a flying visit to the Elgin Marbles and other stuff at the British Museum.
