I am beyond frustrated with Jared The Galleria of Jewelry!!! As of July 10th I had returned my ring for the third time and have just found out that I will not see it again until at the earliest, August 13th. Can someone PLEASE explain to me why my husband and I are paying roughly 300 dollars a month for a ring that I will not see for OVER a month??! Oh, and if that isnt enough, heres a little bit more thats a bit of a back story... When they originally made the ring, since it was a custom ring that Caleb had designed, it was delayed 3 weeks so that he could not propose on time. Again, paying the $300 ring payment for a ring we did not possess. Then, soon after being engaged, we noticed that the main diamond had a huge carbon speck that was visible to the naked eye. We had to take the ring back to the Jared store in Canton, Ohio while we are living an hour away. Shortly after that, a blue topaz fell out of the halo around my center diamond. We had to return the ring to get it replaced, not possessing the ring for, you guessed it, ANOTHER 3 weeks. How does Jared expect us to pay for this ring which was handmade to ensure that it would be of an heirloom quality?? The ONLY thing that the district manager has offered to do is to make sure the ring wont need returned like this again if he can help it. While this is great and all, him wanting us to have our quality ring, that should have been a standard thing with the quality we THOUGHT that Jared was known for... It does not, however, fix all the stress as well as time and gas money we have wasted on something that is not our fault. Going back to the fact that I will not get my ring back until at earliest, August 13th, this means that I now will not have my wedding ring for my first birthday as a married woman. While this is not the end of the world, it is a big deal to me to not be able to have my wedding ring, which I SHOULD HAVE for such occasions. Yes, they ARE fixing my ring, but I would expect that a company of their size, with their reputation and alleged great customer service that they would give us money back or something to remedy this terrible experience my husband and I have had. If they do not do something, we will continue to tell people our story of our terrible experience with Jared the Galleria of Jewelry!!!
