I am disappointed with HOW Nike Singapore handles my complaint regarding my Nike Superfly mercurial boot. Is almost two months without reply since meeting up and emails over to Nike for a clear explanation on the cracks visible at the soleplate . According to the Linda from Nike , is a wear and tear ! The soccer boot soleplate cracks upon my second wear during a casual game... how is it possible not a defect? ??? I went down to Nike office in mid November to look for the lady in charge Linda to clear the matter . She claimed she wasnt awared of the emails . I requested to see her at the front desk personally but she said that she is busy with a upcoming event and is in the middle of meeting and will get back to me then! Is almost three weeks from my last visit to Nike. No response back from her! Is this how Nike response to customers!
