I am dumbfounded by the document that our so far always reliable source Greg Manahan sent in and ask of course for a confirmation. Also Greg how did you get this extraordinary document? How can we find out if it is for real? It should be on the front page of every newspaper if so of course. All of these documents do seem to this former PR employee/campaign consultant (me) like coordinated talking points. The goal of coordinated talking points is to change the frame of debate and let people think of things that they would have thoughts were -- unthinkable before the campaign. The political purpose of a document like this is what political consultants call deniability -- by putting such documents in the Jerusalem Post, in the words of the Knesset Spokesman, Bibi can say he is just bowing to public opinion. LOOK CAREFULLY: b) The formerly populated areas will be shelled with maximum fire power. The entire civilian and military infrastructure of Hamas, its means of communication and of logistics, will be destroyed entirely, down to their foundations.
