I am eternally thankful for many blessings in my life. I am especially thankful I am an American. Our great country has its problems, but I am convinced it is the most wonderful nation in the world. I am thankful my feet are firmly planted on its soil, and my heart will always sing, God Bless America. I am also thankful for the ladies and gentlemen who throughout the years have fought and protected this great land of ours from sea to shining shore. I am thankful for all of our troops wherever they are. As we prepare to salute America and her birthday, I pray that our flags will rise high and our hopes will remain in our faithful Jesus Christ who is the most powerful protector of our land.
