I am extremely satisfied with Mr. Garretts work. He was very detailed and thorough during his inspection. My real estate agent was impressed with how thorough his work was and how the report covered all the possible issues with the house. He took the time to explain all those findings with me and even walked around the house to point them to me personally. He was patient and very professional with all my questions. I feel that I will be making an informed decision with the purchase of the house. I would Highly recommend Mr Garrett and your company to anyone looking for an inspector that will provide them with a complete picture of the house they are looking into purchasing and the current or potential issues facing us as home buyers. I do realize that this was a visual inspection only and there are certain things that could not been seen or predicted. But nevertheless he made sure to point this fact to me and the limitations of his inspection.
