I am fed up with medical people / insurance companies...1st the 8 year ago fiasco from the other day...then an x-ray bill for $10.74 that I have been trying to resolve for over 6 months and can not speak to a human...updated insurance info online 3 times...sent a letter with a copy of my insurance card and explaining I have changed online more than once...called a gazillion times and they are entirely automated with no option to speak to a person...just got fed up and paid it (even though it would be covered 100% under the accident portion of my policy) because they are now threatening to send me to collections over the $10.74 I cannot speak to someone about...and now today just got a letter from Eds disability insurance that they have not received payment and will cancel in 15 days...I paid that too and have a copy of the cleared check from the bank...I have now been on hold for 50:07 waiting for customer service to answer my call... Seriously contemplating moving to Canada! :)
