I am giving you 3 new Ab moves from Insanity Max: 30 to add to your routine! 1. Ab hold Extension aka Good girl/bad girl - tuck knees to chest then extend back into an x. 2. Back Stroke Swimmers - hold legs with feet flexed just above the ground and alternate doing the back stoke 3. Alternating ab punches- alternate legs and lunch up with opposite arm. Try each move for a minute and do 2-3 times.
