I am going to be running exercises classes in kingsway, Quedgeley 2-3 mornings a week and possibly more if demand was high enough. Classes will be £5 per session. If you have a baby that is in a car seat or sits in a pushchair you are welcome to bring them. If you are interested comment below and I will get back to you on info and times etc. This will be a class easily accessible for mums who maybe dont have childcare or transport to get to a gym and want to workout ☺
