I am home in Oslo after six brilliant weeks in Botswana. Thank you for the sun and rain, digging and chopping. Hunting and slaughtering. For all the early mornings and late nights. Evening bonfire, and a spectacular starry sky. A huge thanks to all staff and volunteers at Modisa for an amazing time out in the bush. Thanks to the fantastic trio; Felicia Schöldström, Julie Marie Søby and Paula Steinhilber for being so open and welcoming, and for making great food out in the bush. Always smiling, and the job you do at Modisa is so very important! Thanks to Jack Ntema Chendo for all your knowledge about the wildlife and nature. Thank you for the bush walks, the long drives and good conversations. Thanks to Fabian Gieske for awesome photographs and videos. Thanks to all the volunteers I have met in Africa, and especially a hearty thanks to Malene Hanberg, Sara Rosentoft Christensen, Camilla Louise Alsing Andersen and Katrine Graff Madsen for wonderful new friendships, laughs and tears. Thank you for all the memories, it was great to be at Modisa with you. I have had a marvellous time, and I miss you a lot. And at last, a tremendous thanks to Valentin Gruener and Mikkel Bille Legarth for letting me take part in your lives at Modisa Wildlife Project.
