I am in Moscow teaching a series of classes on The 5 essentials for creating your body beautiful. Last night we began with the feet because without a firm, functional, strong foundation, it is hard to build a strong. Aligned, and free body above. Collapsed feet, equal a collapsed torso that constantly will have to try and hold itself up, rather than be supported from the ground up. I spoke about the need for being mindful in your feet! The feet go unconscious without constantly being reminded by the brain of what they need to do to work efficiently and correctly. Next we did a breath class. The first time we did a breath class offering in Moscow, the class was half full, last night with the focus on beauty and wellness and breath, it was packed. Working to expand your breath from the inside outward builds strength and flexibility from the lungs out to the rest of the body. The lungs are the most important organ to develop for longevity and wellness of all our other body parts. The breath has the power to increase circulation, improve inner strength and flexibility, expand areas of compression and tightness, oxygenate all your vital organs, and lift and improve our posture and alignment. Focusing on full breath expansion and directing your breath for your own self healing is where and how we focused. With increased breath and oxygen flowing you create a natural high within you that everyone can feel.
