I am looking for JEDLABbers in small congregations in fairly rural communities. We have halfway between LA and San Francisco, in a county known for its Christian bent. More than half of our congregants are interfaith families. I am working on creating a community and on making Jewish education a priority for families who dont necessarily see it that way, either financially or time-wise. I would love to learn some Best Practices on models that have worked. And am curious about any real-time conferences or opportunities for Jewish educators on the West coast, since I have no travel budget. Thanks!
