I am making a pot of beans right now (15 bean mix). When theyre finished cooking, Ill use them as a side dish with whatever else I make tonight. I am thinking Ill make brown rice, a large salad & a fresh cooked green mixture (spinach & baby kale). And maybe Ill pick up some kielbasa sausage & cook that up with mushrooms, onions, and peppers. Im making myself hungry! :) And were out of pumpkin bread and/or banana bread... so Ill make some more. Its been an important addition to the packed lunches I make!
