I am not a pro at this but I did what I could. I truly hope its enough to help reach a goal for my sons Nana. Here is a quick run down. Tyler lost his father a little over 1 year ago. He had a heart attack from complications from his diabetes. He loved his Daddy with all his heart and his fathers mother too. His Nana is all he has left of his father now besides a few mementos and memories. Tylers Nana has had 5 heart attacks. One of those was so intense she had to be put in a medically induced a coma. She is now on the Heart Transplant List awaiting a second chance. She lives in Nevada and Nevada does not provide heart transplants nor does their Medi Cal cover out of state medical procedures. So therefore she has to pay out of pocket for medical insurance in California. If she misses 1 month premium she will be taken of the transplant list. She also has to commute monthly to California for appointments. Also there is a 5,000 co pay for the Heart Transplant itself and must stay within 20 miles for 6 weeks after the procedure for the team to make sure she is ok.
