Anyone with a real understanding could explain the most difficult subject to anyone without losing context. I had a brilliant adviser that was like that. He had an advanced mind that could explain the most complex systems easily without talking down to you. Also the Navy study doesnt match what the CDC says is standard. I think inconsistencies in data need to be explained to people. Be clear about what you are really concerned about. People and their health or another agenda?
