I am not going to be weighing myself daily, because I am not eating healthy to lose weight. I quite frankly dont care about what I weigh. I am going more by my BMI (Body Mass Index) and would like to reach a goal of being under 20% body fat. Thats my first long term goal. I would like to start competing in some sport again. I dont know what yet, since I feel too old to learn a new sport lol. But I am going to start researching different sports that I can get involved in. BUT, after saying all of that, I think its good to know what your starting point is. I think I will take my weight, once a week. And I will share on here whenever I remember to weigh myself. More importantly then what I weight, is I am going back to the gym TOMORROW!!! WOrking one on one with a trainer. I am sooo intimidated by this lol, but it is going to be one of the best things for me. Interesting fact, I did weight myself first thing this morning to get a starting point, and I am already down 4 lbs from the weekend. And the beauty, I havent been depriving myself at all. I am eating beautiful and delicious foods. Have a great day everyone :D
