Overhead squat increase to 100Kg from 82.5Kg, Power snatch from 75Kg to 80Kg, Front squat from 115Kg to 130Kg, 3 RM Back squat from 117.5 to 125Kg, 3 RM Strict Press from 62Kg to 67 KG, all topped off with a Fran PB beating my old time by 55 seconds. The WOD improvement is proof that by a focused strength training your metcon will improve aslong as you have the technique mastery required
