I am not one to publicly speak of my shortcomings, because I am a proud individual. I have been somewhat successful in most areas of my life, but I have failed to be a totally commited husband. You are an amazing wife who works your fingers to the bone for your family. You are an amazing mother supporting your children in every aspect of their lives. You are a faithful wife who has stood by your husband even when your husband didnt always make you a priority. I knew that when I met you on February 18th, 1994 that you were a diamond in the rough. Over the years our flame that burned so bright when we meet has lost its intensity, but its still there. Like many other marriages we have had our ups and downs. There are things I have said to you in the heat of the moment that I wish I could have just walked away and never spoke them. If we only treated the ones we love like we treat strangers. I am sorry Erin Condon Buda for the things I have done in the past. I wish I made you more of a priority than I have. You are my soul mate, you are my best friend, and you are my everything. Please dont give up on me. I promise to take better care of you till the day I die. We have known eacother longer than we have been raised by our parents... 20 years. We have been married for 18 years. I want to make it for the long haul. Marriage is like a marathon its not a sprint. I choose you. I pray every night that we can endure this bump in the road. I cant promise you that I wont mess up in the future, but Ill never quit loving you. Your beauty inspires me.
