I am not usually a FB ranter, but something really bothered me this morning. As we were eating breakfast watching TV a TWC technician went into our neighbors yard, climbed his ladder and shut our cable service off. Kyle went outside to ask what had happened and the guy told him that we had been reported for cable theft! He told Kyle there is supposed to be a tag on our wire that was not there. When Kyle took him out our cable bill showing him we were customers, he apologized and turned our service back on. I am not upset with the technician for doing his job, but doesnt anyone at the cable company check for an account before they dispatch someone? We have been customers since 1989. Its a holiday weekend....what if wed been gone and were not able to talk to him...e home to no cable, landline or internet? Actually I am more disappointed that someone, a neighbor (?) would think we would piggyback and steal from their service! WOW
