I am of the opinion that if you were a girl born and raised in the suburbs and you are now a woman in her 40s, with children, and your spoken and written language is dominated with hip hop and/or rap slang to the extent that it sends others to the urban dictionary to decipher what the hell you are trying to say - you may have an identity crisis. You are not Nicki Minaj. And while its certainly your choice and right to choose this style of communication, it simply does not come across as genuine. Id suggest adding some enunciation to your verbal repertoire. So, there ya go.
