I am pleading with you to take the dogs in the dungeon seriously. Your JOB states you take the law Seriously. You dont let citizens skirt their responsibilities and human duties. Your JOB says you would never turn a blind eye to inhumane treatment of others simply because it is more convenient for you to do so. Your JOB says your compassion and common sense strengthen the law and you know the difference between a little ignorance and intentional negligent malice littered with cruelty. To take advantage of someone who cannot Voice their pain is a grave injustice. And absolute abuse of your JOB to ignore your responsibility to act to help them attain a quality of life.
