I am posting this for my sister who is looking for a new family for her former nanny to work with. My fabulous nanny, Ivy Ephraim, is available for your family. She is available full time or part time. Ivy is interested in working with one or two children, She has twins experience (and is a twin herself) and experience with multiple (4) kids of various ages with her previous employer. She is energetic and interested and has a great relationship with my twins and with me. She keeps them safe, stimulates them creatively and intellectually and is a positive and loving presence in their lives. Equally as important to me is how great she is with me. She stays late and changes her days and is flexible for whatever I throw at her. She takes initiative and is very thoughtful. She tidies the whole house, in addition to the kid-related stuff. She recently did some evening babysitting for me and I asked her to make lunch for the kids She prepared three foods that she knows we make for lunches -- enough for three days -- just because she knows I hate packing lunches! She worked with me for 18 months and I would keep her forever but my kids are in school and she needs more hours than I can give her. Shes been babysitting . Ive had four nannies since my kids were born and she is head and shoulders above the rest. She worked with her last family for seven years, so she is comfortable with children of all ages. She took care of three of their children since literally the day they were born. I am certain they will provide a reference as well. There is so much more I can say about her but these nanny posts all start to sound the same. If you want to talk about her, I am more than willing to discuss her pros and cons candidly. (And -- full disclosure -- she doesnt always come off in interviews as great as she is.) I want her to find a good family and I am willing to spend the time to help her find the right position.
