I am really happy today! Finally think I have done something really useful with my life! When I was a young designer I had all the usual dreams of glory, designing for Disney, big global attractions, big brands etc....name in a book or magazine...well I did all that but it never made me happy. I think I share the emotion of many creative people that they would like to use their ability to help people. Sadly the hard truth of working commercially as a designer normally contradicts this. It tends to be mostly sell. Well thanks to two considerable people Jonathan M Welch and Jason Taylor that unrequited desire for philanthropy in my work is close to being real. Thanks guys for having the same dream and thanks for being so darn committed to it that you made it all happen x
