I am so angry and disappointed at our government and Veterans Administration. I just found a news video report and supporting government documentation detail how MCAS Tustin a former base I was stationed on is a superfund site. Basically the water and soil is contaminated with multiple cancer causing agents that I was exposed to and ingested. What upsets me is I would not have known about this if not for an interest in my old base. This is not what angers me most. What really pisses me off is the Veterans Administration denied me benefits after I was diagnosed with leukemia. How many other Marines that I served with have had or will get cancer from our exposure to poison? Someone just pissed of the wrong Marine! Semper Fi
