I remember when I first became a Christian..back in 1977!! I was a teenager, but I grew up fast!! It felt like I was in my mid 20s! My Aunt Rose who was a believer came over to visit us one day!! I told her what I had thought about her later ~ but at that time I didnt want her there!!! I was feeling not to happy about my life and I didnt need anyone telling me how to live!! I was always feeling guilty around her!! But there was something special about her that made me want to listen to what she had to say that one day...she wasnt domineering or judgmental..she was loving and understanding!!! She would sing all these gospels songs that I have never heard before..I grew up Catholic..we didnt sing those kinds of songs at our church!! I remember sitting in my living room, holding my little boy..when she started singing Softly and Tenderly Jesus is Calling...Calling for you and for me..Come Home!! All of a sudden I felt so warm and loved in a different way that I had never experienced before....I never saw the Lord , but I felt His presence in a mighty way! ... He was speaking to my heart...Do you want me now? I said Yes Lord!!!!! I started crying and my world had changed from that moment on!!!! Thank you Jesus!!
