I am so proud of my awesome daughter Ali! She is always so welcoming to everybody, and I think every kid she meets considers her a friend. In fact so many of her classmates list her as their best friend. One of the hardest things about school is the social interaction and that is especially hard when you are new. Ali has befriended a new girl in her class and has made her feel welcome. And she always has been that way with new kids. In fact usually the teachers ask Ali to help out the new kids. One of the things we hear from her teachers every year is how they love Ali not only because she is a good student, but also because of how she interacts with her classmates. She always willing to help her fellow classmates. She always goes out of her way to make sure nobody feels left out. And again she has always been that way. I know I sound like I am bragging, but I know from a personal perspective how hard school can be from the social aspect. She has a special soul and has a huge heart! So proud of her!
