I am so relieved that my son has autism rather than being autistic by preference, cause that autistic guy on LinkedIn who gets offended if you refer to him otherwise ended up being a complete A$$!! I have come to the determination that autistic meaning auto or one equals completely self- absorbed with no desire to learn anothers viewpoint nor care one iota about any other opinion or anothers feelings on any given subject or reality. Whereas, my son is kind, compassionate and sensitive to those around him. Yep, this is precisely what he taught me and point has been made perfectly. Thanks for that ND DG!! Point well taken!
