I am so so so upset with Hewlett Packard right now that I can not see straight. My desktop computers hard drive is going out it is 6 months old, Ok I got the new hard drive coming. Then i started on the Laptop, they sent me to software dept tech. He said I had a bad virus so we start going through steps and since system restore would take awhile he said call back this guy was nice. I call back when done and still having problems so the next guy says to do the restore again, I said I did and it was messed up so he walks me through to another step and said to hit system recovery not telling me that it will set back to brand new status and loose everything in the laptop. I have lost everything, all my school papers and the 6 page paper i was working on. I am so upset I am crying I hate HP at this point.
