I am so thankful for great friends, had a horrible HA this afternoon-from the back of my head to my R ear to the front, was in tears & ready to go to the ER. Jody came over w/ some migraine med, put heat on my neck/shoulders, made me drink water for hydration then Morgan gave me a wonderful head-neck-shoulder massage! Finally got to where it was tolerable. Then Jody came back with supper. Thank you both, saved me an ER visit.
