I called to see if could lower my bill by getting a promotional special and the guy ended up changing my whole plan that include phone service even though I told him I didnt want phone service! !!! Then he couldnt change it back. He was in the Phillipines so asked to talk to someone in the US. Got a recording saying they were not in the office. GRRRR! So what service do you all have. ..Dish? Direct TV? Im seriously thinking about changing!
