I am so very PROUD of the YELLOW JACKETS! I AM A FAN THROUGH AND THROUGH WHETHER WINNING OR LOSING. I do have to get on my soap box for just a minute though. We obviously didnt travel to the game last night due to my health but I listened to the game and was cheering and just as excited. I couldnt wait to talk with Katelyn Brianne Donahue because I knew I would be able to hear the excitement in her voice. SHE ABSOLUTELY LOVES THE YELLOW JACKETS!! Well Timothy told me about the fact they had tshirts already made up saying REGION CHAMPIONS (and that is GREAT) but when I asked to see Katelyns she said the girls didnt get one. I said what do you mean you didnt get one. She said they didnt make any for the managers. Well if you pay attention like I do those girls are WORKING the entire game. They go to the practices and they work hard to take care of those young men. They travel on the buses with them and other than changing with them they are right there with them through out the season and even before. She said when she said something to one of the men that made the shirts he told her she could buy one starting Tuesday. I am sorry but I was disappointed that they didnt even consider the girls. Katelyn will have a tshirt whether I have to buy one or not but I just had to speak my mind! She gave up a job that she made very decent money at in order to be out there with those young men, she has a very limited social life due to being so involved with the team and loves every minute of it. I feel those girls deserve just as much respect. OK RANT OVER. Well for now!!
