I am sorry....but I have had my first flip pan since March of last year,,,,I thought I knew everything about this pan...but it keeps revealing magic to me!!!! So I have this new mandoline...so I slice 6 bliss potatoes...toss them in olive oil minced garlic rosemary and sea salt..put them in the flip pan...cooked over med for 15 minutes per side, Not only did the potato slices cook perfectly...they even got crunchy! The flavor was so intense of the garlic and rosemary..then I sprinkled with and italian cheese blend and cooked for 2 minutes longer!!!!! Best potato I ever tasted!!!
