I am sorry to report that my brother Dickie passed away early this morning. He has been very ill over the past year and never regained consciousnesses after suffering a heart attack while in the hospital earlier this week. Although we are obviously very sad, we get comfort knowing that he is no longer suffering. He will be greatly missed. Below is information about the Funeral, shiva, etc. Funeral services will be held at the Levey Chapel on 471 Deering Ave in Portland on Sunday July 28, 2013 at 10:30 am, followed immediately by interment at Mount Sinai Cemetery on Hicks Street in Portland. Shiva will be observed at the home of Jim and Cindy Baker, 45 Jeanne Street, Portland, Sunday through Tuesday. Visiting hours will be from 1pm to 4pm and 6pm to 8pm. Donations may be made to the Mildred and Ernest Baker Center Day Camp Scholarship Fund at the JCA.
