I am thankful to all of the doctors and physical therapists involved with the ruptured disc in Joshs neck. His GP said if the new surgeon hes trying says operate right away they will not use him. The surgeon said lets go with 6 weeks of physical therapy and check back. Josh did his PT and even did it at home(a first). 6 weeks later and Josh is almost completely better. The surgeon says he is safe to go back to his old exercise routine. No surgery needed.
