I am totally in support that we must do our world social responsibility but it must also be in balance with us helping our own, However shipping search teams, rescue equipment and excellent skills is one of many things we are almost unsurpassed on, and something to be very proud of. But it in turn it should be our own responsibility as well as our Governments. Pop in on a neighbour, add them into your Christmas present list, go and help put one evening or a few hours at the weekend at a shelter, better still make it part of your childrens education to help others as well as spend all day on facebook. Perhaps they could mow the lawn, bring shopping in, or run errands, the things we did as kids.
