I am very disappointed with artfire. I have been a vendor with them for well over a year, have paid them $10 per month (in 3 month blocks) for this hole time and in this whole time Ive only sold 1 item! Thats not what disappoints me though. I planned on canceling my account at the end of my last 3 month payment (which is tomorrow). Yesterday I logged on to cancel it to find that they already automatically charged me for the next 3 months over a week ago! I was set up for auto-pay, but they never informed me that they were making the next charge and I had no idea that they would be charging early because their website it difficult to find your way around in. When I reached out to them for a refund (which is totally reasonable because technically my next 3 month period hasnt started yet) they said they wouldnt give me my money back! Their thieves! Touting their awesome marketplace while never marketing their market place vendors, then taking $30 from me and not giving a refund on a technicality. Im not happy =( Dont bother with this company, Etsy is much better!
